We believe that it is vitally important that our customers know that when we supply them with a genset we will support them afterwards. Any information or help you require- we will be there to support you and provide it. The vast knowledge of our experienced engineers is there for all of our customers’ benefit.

All GTI Power Generation products are under international warranty for a period of 15 months from the time they leave our factory or 12 months from installation/commissioning… whichever occurs sooner.
For those who require extra peace of mind an extended warranty is available on the majority of components supplied, some up to 5 years. Please let us know when you enquire if you would like this.

If you feel you need the help of our experienced engineers to install/commission a project for you, we can work alongside you to arrange this. Our engineers have commissioned gensets worldwide in many different conditions.

If you feel that you or your staff require training at GTI’s factory in the UK we would be happy to support you. Due to our strong relationship with the major component manufacturers we can even help to try and arrange training at one their facilities.
